You are definitely lacking some key files in the dlc folder. If you did have the proper dlc there would be more files (files that don't have random characters as their name). It would look something like this (see attached photo)

@cybercjt bloom actually isn't bugged, we bug it by rising rendering res. Until someone finds a way to detect those effects universally and makes a hack to decrease resolution only for them, the only "fix" for accurate bloom effects is to use x1 rendering res and unfortunately the higher you go, the uglier it get's.

As can we see your folder completely lacks update files yet the game runs, the thing is this is impossible on updated game, meaning you must have 1.00 version and so files in that folder are simply ignored.

I see so it bugs the effects if I raise the resolution. Thanks man

It would be awesome if I can play at high resolution without bugging the bloom effects. About that hack... it would be unlikely applied sooner but I'll be expecting that once the devs make a hack for GE games

okey, i manage to find a 1.2 dlc. i put it at ppsspp\memstick\PSP\GAME\NPJH50832. the game should be giving me a notice that the game updated, its not

wtf, i am really frustrated now

Edit - i tried making the dlc files to read-only, didnt work. tried memstick delete, didnt work. im REALLY frustrated right now...

Well if my previous post wasn't clear enough, in other words your version of the game does not support any dlc's. As a matter of fact, dlc's are built-in the updates and extra files for dlc's are simply unlock keys, so even if it could support them, it just couldn't give you anything.
You have to update your iso first and that would give you update files which has to be decrypted as well. For both of those things you need psp or at least someone with psp that can help you out.

Sorry, but we can't share any files which we aren't sure of legality here, as while update itself is free, it's only legit in an encrypted form that can be downloaded from psn. Henrik and moderators are very strict about those rules, as aside from general reputation they also exist to protect the project existence in a world which needs just an excuse to close it.

Most stuff dlc's will give you are extra npc's which you will not be able to use on ppsspp anyway since updated game is still broken. No reason to stress about it. Better just enjoy your holidays, relax and forget about this until maybe someday it get's fully playable.

Any update about the 1.40 NPC's crashing PPSSPP issue? Hope they get this fixed before PPSSPP 1.0 is released.

oh it only applies on latest God Eater 2 the bug appears on God Eater 1.4 lower vers are perfectly fine.
