What is the best tablet for the PPSSPP and games?
I need to find a tablet that can run the ppsspp at full speed with no lags, graphic issues, crappy sound, ect. I have a windows computer with Core i7 and Geforce GT640M and the ppsspp ran perfectly. I need a tablet like that. Any suggestions?Smile

Information RE: What is the best tablet for the PPSSPP and games?
Just remember that this emulator is still in Beta, so there will always be a few games that will lag even your PC, as its not perfected yet, so don't expect full speed on all your games particular on those powerhouse tablets as yet, give it a year, and yes things will be much faster. Cool

Yeah, your right! Even on the most powerful tablet some games will still lag. I do hope that the ppsspp will improve as well. B)

Well, my JXD s7800b also runs well.

My favorite thing is playing emulator games(GB games) on my jxd s7800b. Are you keen on retro games?

I'd be suprised if you ran them without frameskip in most games. The Shield Tablet can run most games I've tried without frameskipping at a 4xNative resolution with FXAA enabled.

Same with me. I don't need frameskip to run games. Smile

What devices are you using and what settings? Something interesting I found is that my Shield Tablet runs PPSSPP better than my Intel i5 Desktop system with a lower end AMD HD 5450.

I'm gonna throw in a vote for the Shield Tablet as well. While I'm still having some small bits of lag, I am POSITIVE that it is emulator based.

I've seen more than enough Youtube videos of other people running the same games on the same tablet with zero lag.

while it's probably not the kind of tablet you're thinking of, tablets from the surface pro series run ppsspp without any problems.
they start at €/$500(original surface pro, i5), but with the high-end surface pro 3(i7) you'd basically have your PC with (decent)onboard graphics in a tablet housing.

I doubt you are getting full frames without any frameskipping on your GS3 in most PSP games on PPSSPP. My Note 3 couldn't do that.

No. Most games run well except a few PS1 games. I've tested lots of emulator games.
