I too am having trouble getting god of war to run smooth. Low FPS 1-12 during gameplay, menu and cutseens are decent.
LG G2 (VS980) Android 4.4.2
GPU: Adreno 330
Chipset: Qualcomm MSM8974 Snapdragon 800
CPU: Quad-core 2.26ghz Krait 400
Memory: 2 Gigs
Screen: 1080p

Any settings advised?

God Of War Ghost Of Sparta

Not playable with buffered rendering, with non-buffered rendering the fps is great, 30+, but the sound is corrupted and there is a black square over the entire screen which makes the game very dark.

my phone is a quad core cpu, powervr gpu and1g ram

i'm using ppsspp v0.9.9-68-g404766c

My God of war ghost of sparta running at fullspeed with sound, and now finally i am lucky.. because kratos can climb up now in mounts aroania when i put timer hack on the settings and uncheck auto frameskip,frameskip is 1.. restart ppspp and open GOW ghost of sparta then load a game not a load state i mean in the GOW main menu.and try to climb kill all mini spider (if still their) when you reach the statue,climb again near side of statue hold analog upward+x (jump) and now the problem of the game was fixed.then i.need to uncheck timer hack because timer hack can cause the audio problem like a distort or a bad sound.even if i'm not using timer hack my speed of fps are stable 90-100% and sounds also .. i hope it helps .sorry for my bad english :-)

I'm running on a nexus 7 2012 and on the latest version of ppsspp .9.9.1 I think or something like that, my device is a quad core and I feel it can run this game at full speed (ghost of Sparta), I am only running at 10 to 50% is there any way I can make that go up to 80 to 100%
I'm running default settings with buffered rendering and frameskip 1 and auto. I tried adjusting the CPU clock from 0 to 30 to 60 to 90 but nothing has worked can anyone help?

Open the emulator then go to settings/controls and then enable "On-screen touch controls".
Return to the game and you'll notice that a overlay of the controls will appear on the screen (like if you are using some android emulator).
Now, just like a android app, click and hold the analog and move your mouse like your are supossed to do with a real PSP.
It should work.
