version 0.9.7.2 did 3 chapters and the only problem I found was that of the Seller(change window size to 1x) not yet finished the game but do not give up though the Japanese game in English anyone knows a patch thanks

I finished the game in latest builds 0.9.7.2 some minor problems can be fixed (WINDOWS X 86). sorry my bad english

Tried with 0.9.8 and the game still doesn't work.

I guess this a problem Nvidia users have (or maybe xp users?)

What device are you using?

To clarify, you are using v0.9.8-1575-g45de6f5 with "rendering mode" set to "buffered rendering", "simulate block transfers" checked, and "vertex cache" unchecked, right?

Yes, and still i cant investigate objects..

I am using v0.9.9 on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2, and I am having trouble interacting with things. I can investigate items just fine, but talking is a problem. I have been able to interact with some people ( Togami, Koizumi, Kuzuryuu, Nidai, Tanaka, and Komaeda) but everyone else is not working. If anyone can help, thanks!

UPDATE: A few days after posting, I got it to work. All you need to do is download the latest version, and turn off Mimapping. I was able to interact with everyone, and I got up to the final scene of the post-trial of Chapter 4. The problem is that after I watch the execution, the screen fades out (normal), then freezes and crashes. I don't know how to fix this, hopefully I helped you guys.

I'm still having the same issue with investigating objects, and as a result I'm stuck on the first interaction screen at the beach with Komaeda. I'm using the latest version as of Dec 2014 (v0.9.9.1) on a Macbook Pro (OSX v10.9.5). I've played around with all sorts of rendering settings, etc, and tried everything suggested above. If anyone knows of another possible solution, please help! Sad

Try using the latest git build instead. You can either compile it yourself or try the "dev" versions.

The latest dev version (v0.9.9.1-1288-g2423fa5) actually won't launch at all for me. I'm getting the following error message:

Check with the developer to make sure PPSSPPSDL works with this version of OS X. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and OS X.

I guess I should finally update to OSX v10.10 and see if that fixes it.

Hmm, not sure. It may be that you don't have SDL2 installed (we switched from SDL1 to SDL2.)

Installed SDL2 (and updated to OSX Yosemite) and it doesn't seem to change anything. And now I have to go to a New Years dinner, so I guess this mystery stays unsolved for now... Sad

Well, I appreciate the suggestions - let me know if you think of any other possible fixes. And if anyone else has resolved this problem with a similar build, please let us know! I'd love to play this game!
