Visual C++ 2013 problem

Hello everyone,
This is my first time trying PPSSPP, i looked around and for some reason, Visual C++ problems aren't uncommon, but not very clear.
Anyway here goes.
I downloaded PPSSPP for a game that just got translated, said to work with PPSSPP 0.9.8.
There I see i need VC 2013 runtime, so I go to the link, see i have 3 .exe files to execute.
Out of the 3 only 1 did. I get 2 error messages :

for vcredist_x64 i get : 0x81f40001 Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 redistributable (x64) - 12.0.21005 can only be installed on Winfows XPSP1(x64) and newer platforms

I run on Windows 7 32 bits, so I'm guessing this one just isn't for me ?

for vcredist_arm.exe i get : C/users/ etc... vcredist_arm.exe isn't a valid Win32 application.

Again, even google didn't help me with that one, don't see how i can MAKE it a win32 application.

the only one that did install is vcredist_86.exe

so PPSSPP does open normally it seems, but when i load the game i get a black screen, i tried with 2 different ISO, still i get just a black screen.

So i have no idea what I'm doing wrong, I have visual C++ 2010, 2008 (x3) x86, visual c++ 2005 (x2), visual c++ runtime lib setup already installed, and now the 2013 (x86).

Anyone knows what I'm doing wrong please?
I've waited a long time to play this game in English, I'd love for someone to give me a hanf here. Thank you so muuuuuuch.

You're good with the runtime, don't worry about it anymore.

But, have you updated your graphics card drivers? Also, what game is it? And have you tried other games?

im playing on my phone now it's TOKIMEKI memorial girl's side 3rd story
otome game.

and i had tried 2 different isos of the same game and same thing.

Is it possible for ppsspp to run a patched iso image? O_O

apparently so lol i got my iso pre patched on torrent
