[Stream VBO] needs to be put back in ppsspp please.

Hey I think you Developers need to put [Stream VBO] back in to Graphics setting it help some games run right that run little choppy when running at 100%/60fps .

Disgaea afternoon of darkness
Disgaea 2 dark hero days
Phantom brave the hermuda triangle
Z.H.P. Unlosing Ranger vs. Darkdeath

[Stream VBO] is in ppsspp 0.8.1
and was remove in 0.9.7
can do me fav and put this back in ppsspp.
