For me its the first time on mother base

Running on ppsspp-v0.9.6-929-g8c24384-windows-x86

There should be a separate thread for the android version. I've tried it on three different devices and get the same problem, when you complete a mission the game crashes every time.

He already is using the 32bit version.

Gessner, do you happen to have WLAN on by chance? It's known to break this game if it's left on (causes the exact issues you speak of), so make sure it's off.

RE: Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker
We should keep this in In-game, the 2nd form of the final boss is still unable to be killed, and until that happens, this game isn't really playable to the end.. Tongue

RE: Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker
For some weird reason, the game plays normally on 0.9.6.2, but i cant even start the 2nd mission.
My guess is that there might be something wrong with the emulator since it worked on 0.9.6.2
So for now, if you guys wanna play peace walker, you gotta play it on 0.9.6.2

RE: Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker
If you're using Android, you need to play with the JIT turned off once you're beginning the loading transition into the second mission, I believe. It's a JIT bug.

RE: Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker
Oh man I just tried this game after so long and the improvements are amazing. Menu sounds sound correctly. Weapon selection shows which item is selected. Some effects look more closely to real PSP. DLC content finally works so I can use the music I downloaded through game. Huge thanks from a dedicated MGS fan to PPSSPP devs!

RE: Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker
The only solution currently is to use a cheat code to kill the boss in one hit. We still have to figure out why it can't be defeated.
