Touchpad Support for Xperia Play???
Hi people I'm using Xperia Play.. just wondering, is there any update or is it possible to have a touchpad support for XPLAY? because PPSSPP is really perfect for XPLAY since it has all the same button of the PSP(almost abou 99.8%) I want to play Dissidia on XPLAY with a touchpad support/analog.. Thanks!
PPSSPP is the BEST! |

RE: Touchpad Support for Xperia Play???
You can map only the physic buttons in "Settings>Controls>Control Mapping". If you want to use the analog too, I guy is sharing a gamekeyboard profile which allows it, look here: http://forums.ppsspp.org/forumdisplay.php?fid=5
Phones: Poco F3 8GB/256GB (Snapdragon 870 5G) and Redmi Note 6 Pro 4/64GB (Snapdragon 636) PC: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / 16GB RAM DDR4 3600MHz / NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti 6GB / Windows 10 Pro |

RE: Touchpad Support for Xperia Play???
I guess you just need get the Gamekeyboard, open it and find a option to import the profile. You'll need root. You also will need set the app as the input method. Sorry, I'm not sure because I didn't test it, and I don't know so much about the Gamekeyboard. I could google it.

RE: Touchpad Support for Xperia Play???
Can't add that until we drop compatibility with 2.2, because of the really screwed up API that sony added to get input from the Xperia touch pads, that was before Android got official joystick support.
Might do that in the next release though, Android 2.2 is about 0.8% of the users and most of their devices are seriously underpowered for PPSSPP anyway. |

RE: Touchpad Support for Xperia Play???
it has been entirely too long with no implementation of touchpads. Maybe because the devs dont know how but i hope to take this into my own hands depending if i can gather some capable devs to help fix this. No promises thought...
you feel you have the know how please discuss this here (Fix link) http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-p...o-t2889536 |
