can`t set cpu speed to exact 222 mhz

I am unable to set cpu speed to exact 222 mhz on my android system. i always get 221 or 223 but not 222 mhz. but if the cpu speed is not exact set to 222 mhz, gran turismo runs at 60 fps, which is a little to much for my s3 (unrooted) to get a smooth gameplay.

So i always have to install and run an older version (0.8) to set back the cpu speed to 222 mhz if i changed something. is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?

If you install the 0.9.5, you just need to go to sdcard/PSP/System and edit the ppsspp.ini. Find the line CPUSpeed = (clock) and rename to number which you want.

Scrolling to change cpu setting is really pain in the ass for android. It's easy on PC when using mouse. Should use old method which by key in the value. Scrolling is really cool and fancy but not practical imo.

This is true, the devs must use an alternative way to change the clock speed on mobile like +1 and +10 buttons or something, maybe type the exact number, something more practical

yeah, i think so too. as an adroid user, very difficult

a new look/UI/Menu would be perfect for v1.0

Scrolling the slider fully to zero = default clock speed of 222mhz anyway & so is easier to achieve.

Not that easy. To get zero I had to try multiple times or else I'll end up with '1'.

i suggest "Direct Input"
u know.. theres a text box, click it then enter the desired number/frequency

That would work. But on most Android devices this also requires activating a virtual keyboard popup, since most of them don't have any physical keyboard. So that also has to be taken into account.

Do you use the most recent version (0.9.5)? Or the last build?

I downloaded a nightly version and the system folder showed up. Previously only had the official gold version.
