I have this game in my Android device.at start it work good a video show and it hangs or show black screen when a man with gun.so I want to know how other android user play this game.can anybody help me.

why do you want play gta vice city stories via ppsspp on android? there is port of this game for android by rockstar and it works very good Wink

That are not the same games one is gta vice city and one is gta vice city stories, everything is different there.

Just posting here that as of latest rev v0.9.1-2009-g5c90dee the game no longer crashes after the first dialogue appears (that's was the cause on previous revisions because the instability on the previous plugin) but no dialogue is spoken, in-game everything seems fine, also I noticed a BIG boost in performance, like +30% FPS increase, at least on my Windows XP test rig, only issues are that sometimes radio stations hangs on endless 2 secs loops and some missing dialogues here and there.

The US version works. But this thread was created specifically to EU version.

USA an EU work normal - in dev build so much increas fps ,game full playable i finished it on my PC 7 years old about i have 70% speed of emulation

Have you tried creating a savestate in a menu of the game? rather then during gameplay.

thanks for the reply, I thought i just wasted my time and internet connection on downloadimg this game. I forgot to tell it was my backup copy on a cloud server.

BTW, I'm on android. Is it working on phones too?

Yes work but only in high end smartphones /tablets get high fps

CPu goood but gpu to good play tegra gpu - to play gta in 20fps+ - on android etc is slow this game on pc full playable on old pc from 10 years
