This codes was ported over from the JPN version but after some testing I can't get it to work properly (more like at all) I still experience encounters (both in the interlude and after year stories) Can someone help me with this :/ thanks.

That's probably the issue: joker(button activated) codes don't work in PPSSPP yet. The no encounters part might be checking that square is NOT being held before activating itself, which it [most likely] never sees happening, so it won't work right now.

That said, it's probably possible to remove the input/joker part from it to always make it work, but I'm not entirely sure; I'm no expert at CWCheats.

It's the code starting from 0xD, since it's not supported, basically code works all the time as you would press the activation button, you can't simply remove it through to make code work fully as planned, it should be divided on two different codes to activate through cheat menu:

Yeah. I'm already using the latest build (on android) and thanks, for separating the code from the joker code, wasn't too sure if it was the 0xD or not, but now it works perfectly Smile

Hello, I would like to ask why, after the inclusion of certain codes, the program crashes, while the others work fine.I played Tekken 6 and use codes from different sites and its all works.But when I get the code from michima zaibatsu forum made by other players who actually change the structure of the game, everything is broken. The problem is that this happens only in ppsspp. In real psp console, everything works.I hope you can answer this question.

@Vovan400 codes which crashes game on ppsspp while working on psp could be divided on at least two types:
One would be the codes changing game assembly code - those can crash simply by slight differences caused by emulation inaccuracy even if game seems to work perfectly.
Other case would be more general for all the codes that uses unimplemented or possibly not properly implemented code types. 0xD type code would be most obvious because it's also commonly used as an conditional which prevents the code from running in unwanted moments exactly to avoid crashes and stuff alike.

It could also be related to CW cheat implementation as a whole which is non-existent I would say, I mean ppsspp doesn't run any extra application called "CW cheat", just uses it's code formatting and translates that to emulator language directly. This is way better actually and if there was such need ppsspp could get totally new code types or do whatever we could wish for, we could even write codes that could switch emulator features depending on what happens in game without being limited by external programs nor hardware limitations as with real psp+cw cheat, but at the same time results with existing, especially with badly written codes, may vary possibly causing crashing in some cases, not much really to do about that except rewriting those codes specially for ppsspp Tongue

and where do i need to put the cheat.db file?

i've been trying to use this cwcheat for hours now for persona 3 but it doesnt seem to be working. im slowly turning really desperate. like i've already looked up tutorials and stuff but it doesn't seem to be working?? i edited the .ini file like this;

that's the only code i wanna use. the problem is it doesnt show up when i click on esc and then on the cheats button. i'm using the latest version. does anyone have an idea what i'm doing wrong? BI
