RE: Phantasy Star Portable
I found a simple solution for missing text. Just set Rendering Mode to non-buffered rendering.

RE: Phantasy Star Portable
What version of the emulator and what other settings are you using? I ask because I am using v0.9.5-765 windowsx64 and text still does not show up with or without buffered rendering off.

RE: Phantasy Star Portable
PPSSPP is crashing when I play this game.
At first everything worked perfectly, I think I finished the first mission but when I get to the end scene of the mission, it just crashes after a little dialog. I use ppsspp 0.96-190 and these are my settings. This is a log from the crash: http://pastebin.com/P1X2Yfyu Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 - Intel i5-4670K 4x 3.40 GHz - GeForce GTX 760- 8GB RAM - DirectX 11 |

Have you tried with a more recent build to see if the issue persist?

RE: Phantasy Star Portable
Wow, I fail so hard.
This is the wrong topic, I am playing Phantasy Star Portable 2, not 1. I'll post in the correct topic now... In this game I got the problem that message box text is not displayed, they are all blank. Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 - Intel i5-4670K 4x 3.40 GHz - GeForce GTX 760- 8GB RAM - DirectX 11 |

It's something to do with the depth (how opengl draws some things on the screen). Some other games have this depth problem too but are not so visible (like some small parts of the texture missing, etc...). |
