well in the first place i dont quite know what these should do but you could try using only one of them.

@Maverick81PL, you can forget about using that cheat;p It's for the original MH3rd not for the HD version. You can't just reuse codes for different game versions, it just doesn't work that way.
Cheats have to be ported or if the game differs too much completely redone. Not to mention D type codes aren't implemented in ppsspp as of yet, so after porting the code, which itself would be damn bothersome as original MH3rd doesn't work on emu and HD one uses more memory which means totally different addresses not just offset that could be calculated by something stupidly easy like money cheat:X, you would still have to divide all those key-combo choices like font color and stuff into different codes(eventually pick one and forget about choices;p). at least it seems like the chinese forum i got my cheats from are talking about the cheat you want thought no code at the moment but i'll look at it a bit when something new comes i'll post it.

Heh, figured it out myself
*Snip* Cheat doesn't work as well as i thought, but heres a static cheat to set your sharpness to max _C0 Sharpness _L 0x20E4ACF4 0x01F00000 Edit: Also as a side effect, i found out 0x3 codes don't work on ppsspp. So you will need the latest git as soon as i deliver the changes, since i fixed that too |

Just repeating myself to clear the confusion, but "Joker Command" is never really a cheat code;p, it's only part of activating the code and code can be easily modified to work by activating from gui or just work as it is without any kind of activation;p. The reason why those codes doesn't work is simple, they were made for non HD version and you cannot just randomly take codes from different release even if by newbie eye they look exactly same.

But what i found is that Joker commands are now partially supported, this means that the codes like HP Display now works but you can't turn it on/off.
