RE: Gran Turismo
Um..okay? Are we supposed to see something wrong there?
Edit: I guess it's the timestamp on the replay(1970, lol)? 4GHz AMD 3900X, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 6GB Nvidia RTX 2060, Asus Crosshair 7 Hero (Wifi), Linux How to ask useful questions: https://web.archive.org/web/20110214010944/http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555375 I'm not Dark_Alex, nor do I claim to be. RE: Gran Turismo
Might be something to do with the emulator's time/date, I assume?

RE: Gran Turismo
We're not setting the files' creation/access/modified dates to anything but zero right now, and zero in UNIX time is 31/12/1969, so that explains it. Thanks [Unknown].

The time/date being 1969 should be fixed now, thanks to [Unknown].

RE: Gran Turismo
Hi guys,
I am new to ppsspp and downloaded the emulator on my Samsung Galaxy Note. I am running Gran Turismo with FPS counter set to Both. When I load the game I see a % value in the top right of the screen. This value is almost at 100% when the game is loading and in the menu but when I goto a race it drops to anywhere between 40 - 55% 1st question - Am I right in thinking that this needs to be 100% if the game is to run perfectly? 2nd question - Is there anyway to make the game smoother? Its kinda playable at the moment but perhaps I am missing some settings somewhere? I downloaded the latest version of ppsspp from Google Play and my Graphics settings are set to: Mode - Non-buffered rendering Frameskipping - 3 Force Max 60 FPS - Yes Alternative speed - Unlimited (the rest of the settings I have not played about with as they didn't seem relevant. Thanks c |

RE: Gran Turismo
Have you seen the Performance Guide?
Yes, 100% would mean the game is running full speed. Gran Turismo is one of the emulator's more demanding games, so I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't run terribly well on a phone/tablet, even after changing settings. 4GHz AMD 3900X, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 6GB Nvidia RTX 2060, Asus Crosshair 7 Hero (Wifi), Linux How to ask useful questions: https://web.archive.org/web/20110214010944/http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555375 I'm not Dark_Alex, nor do I claim to be. RE: Gran Turismo
There is still a bright line on the border between background graphics and sky.
Can that be fixed for future versions? |
