RE: Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy
I'm on the Windows version with an ATI card using buffered rendering, and r623 not only doesn't fix the issue with the victory sequence being sped up, it's severely overbright in a way that I thought had been dealt with previously. This issue didn't exist in r609.
For now r502 or earlier is better than the newer revs. I only use PPSSPP on Windows. Intel Core i3 1.9GHz | 4GB RAM | Integrated Intel HD 4400 | Windows 8.1 x64 |

RE: Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy
That's probably because the DLC is separate from the Save game and won't work without the DLC installed in the ppsspp even if the save file has it on there.

http://www.ppsspp.org/faq.html
"How do I install game DLC? Install it exactly the same way as you would on a PSP, that is, copy the files to PSP/GAME or PSP/SAVEDATA (depending on the DLC) on the memory stick. In the Android version of PPSSPP, the memory stick is simply the SD card or USB storage of your phone, create a PSP folder in the root of that. On all other versions, the memory stick is the "memstick" subdirectory in the PPSSPP folder." RE: Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy
It's a known issue, has nothing to do with the DLC. I have no DLCs installed for Dissidia and I'm having this bug, too.

Dissidia is also a 30 FPS game. In r747 the speed issue appears to be dealt with, but the overbrightness persists; I tried messing with the stencil test and depth write hacks and couldn't find anything satisfactory.
