I update ppsspp yesterday but if i try save state or load state ppsspp closed. What can i do

Nothing.
Save states are not compatible between versions. And they will never be.
Before upgrading to a new version, use the normal in-game saving.
I'm sorry, but I can't constantly keep an eye on all the game compatibility threads I started.
