True, but that also makes the game run at 30 fps, and that's why temporal AA doesn't work when the clock speed is at 222 MHz or below.

Does the crash still happen when you move the old save away and start fresh again?

Use the "Change CPU Clock" option and lock it to 222 MHz.

The screen won't shake anymore, but on the other hand, the internal FPS will be reduced to just 30 from 60, so it won't seem as fluid anymore.

Anyway, same here. Trying to move the save from old v0.81 resulting in crash & burn until I create a brand new save file everything's back to normal.

I change the CPU Clock to 222mhz and it still shakes
