Bug in Overlay Controls
Hello,

The overlay controls seem to be misbehaving. First of all, I cannot set an opacity lower than 15. I can override that changing this directly on the .ini, and it sort of works, but whenever I press a button, said button shows up enlarged on the screen as if registering the keypress, fading to invisibility afterwards.

Unchecking "On Screen Touch Controls" simply kills the overlay entirely.

Any ideas? Is this a bug, or was full opacity without reappearing buttons never implemented?

Emu version v.0.8.1-1773-ge03acc4 for android - device used Xperia Play.

It is not a bug. It has been intentionally set that by the devs so that it cannot go lower than 15.

You can request for a functional change to the option in this thread:-

The transparency is not the problem. Like I said, I can manually override that in the .ini

The big problem is the "popping up" buttons going out of their transparency upon keypresses. Is that also working as intended?

Nope. Make a new issue report on the github here, you'll get better coverage for the issue and immediate attention from other devs:-

https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/issue...state=open

Be as detailed as you sanely can and include screenshots if possible. Vague descriptions of the issue will only detract from your report.

Thanks. Before making a bug report, though, I´d like, if possible, a confirmation from some other user that this is not something only I am experiencing. Are other people playing with hardware keys or controllers having problems with the touch overlay? Can you guys make it disappear manually in the ini?
