Talking about full speed, my phone has a 1,5 ghz quad, MTK 6589T , 1 gb ram , Full HD, i guess i can relax and wait, or need a cellphone with more ghz? or ram, or with a snapdragon 900?

if you mean galaxy mini 2 i think you should turn off buffring render
use dynarec"jit" and fast memory on the system settings

dont expect really full speed on this phone but it still run some games on decent speed

and use the latest Automated PPSSPP builds .

1.5 GHz will be enouph when fully optimized..... if it doesn't that defeats the purpose of the emulator devoloped using HLE instead of LLE.

How do I install the ppsspp builds on my android phone

download apk file from either Google play(which should auto install) or ppsspp.org downloads page, one downloaded locate apk wherever u downloaded and click....... install.

Whenever I try installing any of the latest ppsspp builds on the website, it says 'application not installed'.

Try uninstalling all previous, go to sd root and delete PSP folder.. make a backup if needed in case you can reload later, users choice.. if it still doesn't work, one of the devs could help.
Is this the first time you tried off website or at all?
