The standard answer to this would be that it takes time to improve the emulator and that getting more games compatible has a higher priority.
My answer is you should get a better phone. The Galaxy Mini 2 is unsuitable for use with such demanding applications.
Windows 7 x64: Intel Core i5 4570 @3.6 Ghz, ATI Radeon HD 7870
Android 4.4.2 (CM11): Samsung Galaxy S3 @ 4x1.6 Ghz CPU, 600Mhz GPU

Im surprised that its possible to get 60vps on any phone. Henricks already done an amazing job optimising PPSSPP.
The galaxy mini is a pretty low powered device so it might not be possible to play games full speed on it.

but in the future may it work faster or no

It will certainly get faster and maybe you will get a few games to play fullspeed in the future, but not many. What games do you want to play anyways? Names do help.

her some games that i think may work pretty fast in your galaxy mini 2 :
Digimon World Re igitize 50 ~55 fpslord of arcana 30 ~ 40 fps Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 25~50 fps Puzzle Bobble Deluxe ^^

Project Diva and the first Pirates of the Carribean should work pretty well, when theyre through with optimizing. The second one and Kizuna Drive on the other hand... I highly doubt that.
For this phone you can usually go by this: Fancy graphics effects = Very bad Wide environments = Not good Combination of both = Forget it

by the way i have overclocked my device up to 1124mhz can it mean something for this program?
04-18-2013, 07:36 AM
Hmm... so this is (by default) 800MHz single core, Adreno 200, 512MB phone.
How fast do games like Lumines, Patapon 1(2/3) (ingame), Loco Roco 1(2) work? Fullspeed?

I DONT KNOW.I havent tested them

Overclocking the processor wont gain you much, because its a fairly decent one, while the gpu is really, really bad. So the gpu will bottleneck the cpu in most games. If you didnt do it already you should turn off buffered rendering, as it eats your gpu for breakfast.

Is it possible to overclock the GPU
04-18-2013, 07:14 PM
It is only possible if you find a custom kernel that supports it, and since youre probably using the only custom kernel that was ever released for this phone: No.
