By any chances, are you using XP? A friend of mine had a similar prolem to yours regarding the runtimes, but it did affect the pcsx2.

Ick, I hope not, XP x64 is a terrible OS, imo.

Nope, it's vista.

Edit: Can I contact the creators of the emulator and try to get their help maybe? That is, if you can't figure it out.

Edit 2: I tried to extract the DL file I need to the emulator, but I'm still getting nothing. I even tried to register it on the command prompt, but for some reason I keep getting the message: "The module msvcp100.dll may not be compatible with the version of Windows you are using..." If that's the case, is this DLL file a 32 bit file? If so how can I get the 64 bit one?
