RE: PPSSPP Feature Request Page
About the mobile version (especially tablets):

Today I recognized the Key Mapping feature. I thought I would be able to place the buttons the way I like, cuz some buttons are to far away from each other.

For example, it's a pain in the *** if you want to press R1 and Triangle simultaneously, because they are just too far away from each other.

Is it possible to implement this for mobile versions of PPSSPP?

Testing PPSSPP on:

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4
iPad 4, iOS 7.0.4

ASUS Notebook
Windows 8 64-Bit
8GB RAM, Intel Core i7 processor @ 2,3 GHz
nVidia Geforce GT 635M 2GB

RE: PPSSPP Feature Request Page
The new control keymapping looks like a mess, but this is still being implemented and i believe there will be room for improvements and to make it prettier...I hope...

Also i agree with this, the old one was good enough so i fail to see the reason to get removed in favor for the new one.

RE: PPSSPP Feature Request Page
I want to play multiplayer games like Tekken 6 on the same PC with my friends,
so my question is if the PPSSPP can be fooled into thinking that it's conected to another player and make two players able to play on the same PPSSPP/PC.
Any workaround for this issue is very welcomed. I hope it's possible

The old key mapping UI was Windows-only, this one is needed for other platforms and we don't want to maintain two.

Don't worry, it will be made prettier.

RE: PPSSPP Feature Request Page
Glad to know the new control keymapping will get prettier, the old one looked pretty awesome imho and it was a shame it got removed but i understand why you guys did it, maintaining those 2 can get a bit troublesome i guess.

But as long as the new one looks pretty (and less confusing) we are happy.

RE: PPSSPP Feature Request Page
OK, here's an idea : having one savestate is fine and all, but how about...how about creating a temp save file and replace the actual savestate only if it is confirmed that the emu didnt crash. Because it really bothers me that very often the emu crashes when it tries to savestate, and the resulting savestate is 0 bytes, meaning i lost both previous and current savestate.

RE: PPSSPP Feature Request Page
Another thing, was there anything specifically wrong with the standard windows file opening dialog ? At the very least can there be a button to scroll up\down an entire page ? It takes ages to scroll with a mouse, and i dont even use a mouse for navigation, normally.

RE: PPSSPP Feature Request Page
Never judge any of the nightly builds as the final thing. Wink

My one request for PPSSPP would be launch arguments. So for example if I created a shortcut with the following parameters. "C:\ppsspp\ppsppp.exe --fullscreen C:\ppsspp\pspgame.iso"

It would launch PPSSPP fullscreen and start that game up instantly.

RE: PPSSPP Feature Request Page
Request 47# was added(the way I actually wanted the feature)in the letest beta but I have a question about it.
Why papel do that, what's the point of info inside the game window and msgbox that is pausing the emulator?
https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/commi...74eabf40e5

I can't understand what's the point of that msgbox

RE: PPSSPP Feature Request Page
What about an option to clear individual key mappings or to delete a currently mapped button assignment?

RE: PPSSPP Feature Request Page
Request...since ppsspp now support save state slots, when you exit a game,to reset the slot number to 1.
Now if you switch to slot 3 for example and start another game, pressing F3 will set the slot to slot 4

And if possible, add save state preview image when switching slots
