Well ppsspp comes as archive,not installer.
Why would you extract it in Program Files?
Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1
i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM

Batch iso <=> cso converter

Never extracted it myself in Program Files, infact I extracted it in a folder IN my user folder, named Games/Emulator/PPSSPP v0.8.1, so yeah, I didn't know it was protected, I'm gonna move every emulator I have to C:/, except the installation ones.
