At this years E3, SEGA have something BIG to announce. Apparently rumours are going around that it could be a new console or online service. The leaked image below reads SEGA "Spectrum" What do you think it could be?

The oriental text in the image translates to "A new world of entertainment"

I personally hope we see a new console, maybe the Dreamcast 2 Smile

I'm highly certain that's just a *new* hardware for their arcade games. I'm pretty sure they will never take any risk to make a totally new console after the double disasters which are Saturn and Dreamcast.

Worst case scenario? Sega's own social game portal, since social game's the last and the not-so-only big thing in Japan;even bigger and thousand times more profitable than video gaming in general there, as it seems.

But with Microsofts disaster with there latest console, Sega could capitalise on this Wink maybe we will see - Shenmue 3, see the light of day.

I doubt it would be an arcade system though, ALL current Arcade systems are based on video game consoles with no exception, there is no Sega equivalent console of current generation.
