@ladydemolatron
Your version is outdated, follow these instructions carefully:- 1. Download latest revision from Orphis http://buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp/ 2. Download atrac3 dll from oioitff's google docs site here. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1ftGc2t...sp=sharing 3. Rename the .dll file to at3plusdecoder.dll 4. Place .dll file in your latest PPSSPP folder. 5. Enjoy. EDIT:- Seriously, we need a sticky for the above instructions for users who may not be aware of the exact procedure to enable at3+ audio. PPSSPP Modern Testbed:- Intel Core i5 4690K @ 4.0 GHz NVIDIA Geforce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 VRAM @ 1138/6500 Mhz 16 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1600 MHz Windows 7 x64 SP1 PPSSPP Ancient Testing Rig:- Intel Core 2 Duo T9550 @ 2.8GHz ATI Mobility Radeon 4670 1GB GDDR3 VRAM @ 843/882 MHz 8 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1066 MHz Windows 7 x64 SP1 |

RE: Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy
I was hoping that the changes made to how save data is handled would fix the problems with saves from other sources crashing the emulator on autosave, but they didn't. Keep an old rev on hand for save remediation!
I only use PPSSPP on Windows. Intel Core i3 1.9GHz | 4GB RAM | Integrated Intel HD 4400 | Windows 8.1 x64 |

RE: Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy
I ran into a small problem following solarmystic's directions.
I currently have 2 versions: 0.7.6-15 (g9ad1c08) downloaded from the ppsspp site does not recognize the at3plusdecoder library. Placed the dll in the same folder as the executable, even tried to force a load through setting "EnableAtrac3plus" as true on the ini. I can play normally (although it does freeze at the start of the second mission, but i'll deal with that later). Version 0.7.6-1048 (g405fced) downloaded from buildbot freezes the moment a fight starts (when the camera is going around the characters). It freezes with or without sound enabled. Before the fight, sound works perfectly. The moment it freezes the debug console is swamped with invalid addresses errors from ffst_thread. Setting "IgnoreBadMemAccess" to False made no change. Is this a known problem? |

As for the freeze issue in 1048 when a fight starts, we need more details:- 1) Your hardware specs 2) Your platform 3) A full logfile would definitely be helpful. EDIT:- I've personally retested this game on 0.7.6-1047 and 0.7.6-1048. I have encountered no such freezing issue. In game screenshot attached which was taken during a 1 on 1 fight in Battle Mode. BGM, and all other sounds play perfectly too, in game and during the menu screens.
