RE: Ouya support?
You should wait for the retail version to be released since no one else has a hand on one except for the ones that donated.

RE: Ouya support?
If ouya runs on android, it should already be able to install any apk, no?

It remains to be seen whether it's actually possible until retail units come out. Ouya could actually be a viable PPSSPP platform due to its specs; being plugged to the wall means that its CPU/GPU chipset can run at maximum supported clocks. RE: Ouya support?
Afaik you can install any apk on the ouya so ppsspp should already run.
If you want ppsspo on the officual ouya store, you have to ask henrik if he wants to publish it there. |

RE: Ouya support?
It needs a different build.prop (different SDK) also it needs to add support for non-touchscreen since OUYA is a fully non-touch device.
Doesn't sound like a tedious work but still. I guess it will happen sooner or later. |

RE: Ouya support?
Actually, PPSSPP works beautifully on the OUYA for a lot of games! It was one of the first things I sideloaded onto it when my OUYA arrived. Every Extend Extra is particularly addictive on the big screen (but I was addicted to it on the small screen too!)
At least three things are needed to make it perfect: [edited 6/24 to mention specific button issues, download from website]
Lots of Android emulators already worked well on the OUYA, even before some were officially ported to it. PPSSPP is nearly there, and even with the lack of polish, it's one of the best apps I've used on the OUYA. It's also amazing to see how fast it's improved in such a short time! |

I updated my post above: the only unmapped controls on OUYA currently are the start/select buttons, the Android "back" button, and throttling/speed-up button. |

I'm trying to decide if I want to get one base on any videos I find of it using ppsspp. Not a lot of them sadly.

RE: Ouya support?
Found out you can sync your ps3 controller up to it. Haven't heard if xbox360 works but its still nice to have a controller alternative.
