Do you have Dynarec enabled? With it enabled this game is not too slow for me.

However, the graphics are broken and it doesn't go into some parts of the game.

Interesting. And this is on the 2.1 Ghz Phenom listed in your signature?

Can you enable debug statistics in the menu and go to 2x resolution and tell me what it says is slow (time spent in X)?

Did as you said - a little faster. in the menu 20-30 fps. Loading - background with outlines of the characters - 10-20 fps and nothing else for a few minutes.

still some graphic bugs like some characters are semi black but textures come back after a second

Game is fast now,no slowdowns the only minor issue is when you respawn textures of characters take a second or two to load

Anyone else still getting 8.5-9 FPS on any given Android device?

I have a Nexus 7, on average I get 8.5 FPS, and a good 14 with frame skipping on Auto.

I've tried messing with different settings, no audio, and I still can't get more than that.

Anyone else getting anything more/less, or is it just the emulators current speed?

Unfortunately, this game still has a glitch making it draw more times than necessary afaict. It's also fairly demanding on top of that, and we still have to do more to make it faster.
