I haven't done extensive testing but they seem to work as intended.
The time stop one works fine in the relax segments but in games it only stops the animations, the game logic continues so you just randomly lose.
If you zoom in too far with the limit off it'll force your camera back, you can fix it by zooming out again. Zooming outside the normal range either way will cause culling and clipping issues and during the segments with more movement your camera will whip all over.

I couldn't find a thread for DOA Paradise and nothing happened when I tried to make my own so I'll just post them here.

0xE type cwcheat is an condition, just google it's syntax. Basically it's: "If last 2 bytes specified in the first word at the address from the second word is true, continue running the next number of lines specified in second byte of the first word".

It's commonly used to stop people breaking their games by patching different game version by checking the instruction the cheat wants to patch before patching it, if it doesn't match, cheat doesn't do anything, if you'd remove that line, such cheat would patch the game without checking and still work in correct game version, but break even a slightly different game version in a way that can't be predicted as cheats patching incorrect stuff in memory are common to cause anything from crashes to permanently corrupting savedata, be happy that people add such code types in their cheats for your safety and never try to force running cheat in wrong game version.
