Nice pack!
Hopefully you don't mind, but I'm currently rehashing pretty much the whole thing because I'm on Mac and I can't find a buildbot version of PPSSPP nor a way to use the hashing method you used :/
The pack is honestly amazing tho, with all the textures upgraded.

Mhm, it uses proper / for the paths, so it should work with no issues, just be careful if you don't have enough VRAM, or things may go black(literally.)

By "portraits", are you referring to the characters' expressions during dialogue? Are they just not done or have I wrongfully inserted something? I'm a bit confused and never done this before. Regardless, thanks for the pack. Looks very clean. Keep it going.

I have found the P3 portraits and will try and get this up to date paired with waifu2x and whatever might be needed. I got no ETA atm though.

It's actually quite time consuming but could be done in a matter of hours if you're into it.
