Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

I have 2 windows 10 laptop and it seems that I cant play multiplayer using lan
does anyone know how to play on lan on windows 10?
I have allowed both of the laptop's ppsspps thru firewall
but it still not working ?

Have you tried running PPSSPP as Administrator? or using Port shift with value above 1024 ?

yes I have tried those have you tried it on windows 10? and if so did it worked?

I only have Win10 actually, may be the game is not supported for multiplayer on PPSSPP ?
Have you checked in the multiplayer compatibility list here? http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=9037
You may also want to try the modified build available here http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=16972 or here https://github.com/LunaMoo/ppsspp/releases

Also make sure each PPSSPP have different MAC address in the network setting, because PSP identify device by MAC address instead of IP.

Sorry i bother you about this.
Some versions worked really good for some games back then.
