Iphone 6s, ios 9.3.3, Dev 0v1.4.2-199 Not being recognized in itunes/ifunbox

I installed the latest (Dev-Latest) PPSSPP client on my phone from cydia.ppsspp.org repo, and the app opens and runs without any kind of crashing.

The problem is I can't transfer ISO's into the app.
When I use Itunes the app shows in the file sharing section, but placing anything in it results with nothing happening, attempting to file share any other app and it works perfectly fine.

I tried ifunbox to see if that would make a difference and PPSSPP doesn't even show up in the programs file sharing.

If I go to settings on my phone to the app section, PPSSPP doesn't even show up there either.
