On the same system? It would be very annoying but I think it is possible using 2 instances of ppsspp at the same time

In one instance of ppsspp like 2 people on 1 psp? It can not be done the psp system itself does not work that way. For almost all games except a few pass and play games where one person takes a turn passes the psp and player 2 takes a turn. Though there are so few of those games I am having a hard time remembering any at the moment.

Across the internet or lan to annother computer? There are multiple ways and this is the right forum section to find which way is easier for you and that you prefer.

The way to play 2 players is using 2 XP or update to win7/win8/win10
