I just got told by this person that I should not post Piracy sites such as [Censored] and such. When PPSSPP is a Piracy program itself, as it is designed to run illegal copies of PSP games.

No, it isn't. Why would any programmer want to create some piracy program designed to run illegal things?

I realize that some people use PSPs illegitimately, and some people probably use PPSSPP illegitimately. This helps no one except improve the dominance of dumb Facebook and mobile games, if more people are willing to pay for those. PPSSPP is not designed for piracy at all. No more than store displays that are positioned on the outside of a shop are designed for theft.
