so I downloaded the launcher earlier , then restart the pc , and when I click the ppsspp in the desktop ,it says PPSSPP detected a problem and must close. my old pc specs : P 4 , 2 gb ram , ati radeon 200 s ... is my pc too bad to run ppsspp ? thanks ... sorry the english

Sounds like the version of PPSSPP you have is not compatible with your computer. Please go to the PPSSPP official website and see recommended hardware here http://www.ppsspp.org/guide_hardware.html or downlownload an earlier version of PPSSPP for your computer.
