I'm running this game in the latest IOS build v0.9.9.1-657-g0052fa5, many issues are crippling the gameplay:
- Sound seems to be off, when push the frame skip button they back to normal speed;
- Cutscenes won't render, many times crashes the emulator;
- can't figure out the best working settings;
- battle seems to be slower than normal;
I appreciate if someone could post a default setting from any other platform. Thank you.
current settings:

I didn't need to set the frameskip to +2, but I'm getting freezed very offen when a battled ends.
After some research I found this configuration:

Works really good, but the freezes keep happening.

I'm on Android and I found the game worked fine with default setting + frameskip +2. Simulate block tranfers MUST BE ON if you want to see the cutscenes.
The game works well for me, but there's just one problem, the battle swirls that occur when you come in contact with an enemy do not work with "Buffered Rendering". This is fixed by selecting "Read frambuffers to memory (CPU/GPU)", but this causes another major problem; in many cutscenes the character portraits and text don't appear, there are some weird graphical glitches, and the screen isn't resized properly.
Could anyone help me out with this? Losing the battle swirls isn't a huge deal, since the game is perfect otherwise, but I'd still like to fix it if possible.
Is there a way to eliminate the audio stutter on the android version? I have tried all of the audio latency options, frameskip and PSP CPU Clock and nothing has worked. My phone is an Xperia Z3 Compact, i'm hoping my processor is strong enough to handle this.
Made a hackish workaround for the US version credits movie, but I tested it only with one state and might still be wrong(~it reads the pointer from different place in memory if the one replaced by movie frame fails, however I was lazy and assumed something that was too round to be an accident without checking;c), so if anyone wants to test with their save:
Activate like any other cwcheat.
Technically should work with savestates as long as they were made before crash, but lots of video stuff could work differently in the past so very old savestates might have different problems.

My compatiblity report on this game:
PPSSPP Version:
v1.5.4-374
Graphic Settings: Backend: Vulkan Window size: 4x Rendering Resolution: 5x Texture Filtering: Nearest (Required to fix character portraits during conversations). Simulate block transfer effects: ✓ Frameskipping: Off Postprocessing shader: FXAA Hardware transform: ✓ Software skinning: ✓
Bugs/Glitches/Crashes/Freezes: Screen transition: Had one moment where the game just blacked out during a screen transition. Music kept going but the game itself was unresponsive and stuck on a black screen. I had to restart the game and the second time I tried that same screen transition, it worked correctly.
Sunken Shrine: Inside the Sunken Shrine there are some glitchy textures in some of the rooms. Not really a major issue, but worth mentioning nonetheless.
Crash on credits: Already a known bug. Game crashes upon starting the credits cutscene after you get the Ending-A cutscene. I tried out LunaMoo's cwcheat, but it doesn't seem to work for me. Could be related to the version of PPSSPP that I'm using(?) Tried loading via both regular in-game saves, as well as a savestate, but it still won't get past that section.
Misc. Stuff Progress: Started the game from the beginning on Hard mode, and reached the end of the main story. (Ending-A). [Edit] - Currently going to start my Seraphic Gate run. Performance: Runs stable at 60 FPS in- and out of battles, and also in towns and on the World Map.
Is there no way to have both clean portraits and non-black CGs? I'm playing the undub v1.01 on 1.7.5 Gold android and the gate opening is black, and the costume change is grey blocks for the first second. Stock settings, textures nearest, rendering PSP x2.
