can not use the second gamepad

Hello everyone!
I am playing the ppsspp on pc.And I have two gamepads , one is xbox360 controller the other is ps2 controller vith usb converter.

The xbox360 controller is always the player 1 id and the ps2's is player 2 id that I can not change in windows .

The problem is the ppsspp only mapping player 1 id controller and I can not mapping the player 2 id controller (I want to play with the ps2 controller )

ps : when the xbox360 controller is not connect with the pc I can use the ps2 controller on ppsspp,and no this problem on other emu.
