It's another game from God Eater series and it is not God Eater 2 DLC or whatever, it's an entirely different game. You won't get the scythe in GE2 in any way, no matter how much you beg BandaiNamco for it. If you want it, get a PS Vita or PS 4, buy GE2:RB and there you go. o.o Oh Hi XD P.S: Wanted to go to Japan so badly AOD270 Windows 7 Home Basic (32bit) Intel Atom N2800 (Quad-core) 1.86GHz Intel Graphic Media Accelerator 3600 series |

GE2: If you wait out a Mission does it count as a win or a fail?
As anyone who has seen me around here knows, none of the cheat codes posted anywhere online work for me. I've tried everything. I even tried using all the different versions of PPSSPP for Windows but I still can't get the cheats to work this time around. Now I'm on the mission where I and only two allies have to fight the tank and the thing that says "Kamehame!" and shoots energy from its hands. After 11 minutes or so we finally killed the Kamehame monster and got back to work on the tank, when suddenly the giant lion that wears a cape showed up for the party. This game is too hard. How is this fun for people? There must be more masochists in the world than I thought but I'm not one of them so can I just AVOID the enemies until the time runs out? I won't like doing it but I can't beat two giants at once and then the remaining giant plus a new one at the same time.

RE: GE2: If you wait out a Mission does it count as a win or a fail?
First thing, this the wrong freaking place to post this
Second, get better by learning Aragami's attacks Third, If the mission clearly says "Kill". That means KILL THE DAMN ARAGAMI Fourth or last, cheats are for pussies that cant beat the game Old laptop: Lenovo G458 AMD/ATI Radeon HD 7310 | 1366x768@60Hz | APU E1-1200 Dual Core | 2.5 GB DDR3 400MHz | Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit New laptop: Lenovo ideapad 100 Nvidia Geforce 920M 2GB / Intel HD Graphics 5500 | 1366x768@60Hz | Intel Core i3-5005U 2GB | 2GB DDR3 2000MHz | Window 10 Home 64-bit |

RE: GE2: If you wait out a Mission does it count as a win or a fail?
You shouldn't curse in a place like this. There are probably a lot of kids here. If cheats are such a taboo here then why is there a whole section in this forum dedicated to them. I don't care if someone calls me names online or in person. That just means they're a bully or they have anger problems. I shouldnt have to defend myself but I've played a lot of games and I've beaten them all without cheats. This game is the only one I've ever needed cheats for. I tried waiting and it didn't work. :/ If I get stuck here I'll just shrug. At least I got this game for free.

RE: GE2: If you wait out a Mission does it count as a win or a fail?
Name a game with actual difficulty you've beaten without cheats.
And the fact that you've said you got this game for free doesn't give a good impression. |

Look, I have absolutely 0 knowledge on Japanese language. I ask around and research when Im stuck and now I finished the game for 4th time now. As for cheats, you will not accomplish anything because youre relying on cheats. There are a lot of guides on the net for GE2, from the wiki to gamefaq If you still dont get it. RE: God Eater 2
@Accel why soo salty whenever you come to this forum?
That's to you and also to YukiHerz - you guys have to understand one thing about cheating. It does not "ruin" anything. We all are humans and we all differ in what we find enjoyable, cheats merely modify the experience, it doesn't really differ much from using emulator to increase resolution. You enhance experience in a way you like, there are people who play 1:1 pixel - are they say we all suck for scaling it to full/ultra hd tv res? Not really, so why would you cry on cheaters. It doesn't even affect you and it helps them, nothing negative there. For example I'm crazy after FF merchandise, but since I got older I find pressing one button to win random encounters soo boring and timewasting that in all turn based FF games I cheat my ass, often completely disabling random encounters. I still get everything I enjoy aka music, linear cinematic adventure with emotional cutscenes, but remove what could make my 10-20h of joy into 100-200h of pressing one button and forgetting what previous cutscene was about. There are games with practically no gamplay that people enjoy, I say let them. If someone wants to change an action RPG into visual novel, that's fine, if that's what he's enjoying let him. @CantCatchMe I would say GE2 isn't really difficult nor any other "hunting game" for that matter, if they would, many of us who are playing to relax wouldn't like them. Just need to learn the basics and what's very important have patience during battles. I'm lazy to downgrade my game to 1.00(assuming that's from using npc's) to make cheats for it, however I will mention 2 facts that can make it much easier: - google for "meteor bullet" - a built in cheat for v1.00 of the game based on broken mechanics, there were certainly some guides also in english how to make it and things should die really fast with it, - fan translation of the game is supposedly around 60% now and goes rather fast, so I would recommend to return next year, play it again in english and learn all the fun stuff this game offers, as without japanese you probably see this game as a button masher and it would be really hard to play it like that. Also a hint - don't casually say you get the game for free, people instantly will assume you're a pirate even if that wouldn't be the case, the thing is piracy kills consoles it's also what make many games being released only in japan where most people actually buy games, soo many die hard console players, even more among those who love anime/japanese games will literally hate you for it. I personally don't care much since everyone is in different situation and life stage to judge. Only bugs me when people post bugs based on pirated copy as those often are incorrect dumps and cause issues which waste everyone time trying to figure it out. http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=6594 - Custom PPSSPP Shaders! http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=3590&pid=117172#pid117172 - simple CE scripts to help creating CWCheats, https://github.com/LunaMoo/PPSSPP_workarounds - CWCheat workarounds. |

RE: God Eater 2
Ah, btw, Fan translation is at 99% atm, only 100+ strings left to translate, and 58% reviewed. I think it will be less than a year before it will be released (Less than 9 months if you ask me. Although people are screaming for Beta release just to play, so, it might be a bit earlier).

RE: God Eater 2
Lunamoo, why I was (kinda) salty is this...
God Eater 2 is much more easier than God Eater Burst. I played both of the game and I can confirm that God Eater 2 is easy. I dont even use Meteor Bullet to defeat Magatsu Kyuubi Old laptop: Lenovo G458 AMD/ATI Radeon HD 7310 | 1366x768@60Hz | APU E1-1200 Dual Core | 2.5 GB DDR3 400MHz | Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit New laptop: Lenovo ideapad 100 Nvidia Geforce 920M 2GB / Intel HD Graphics 5500 | 1366x768@60Hz | Intel Core i3-5005U 2GB | 2GB DDR3 2000MHz | Window 10 Home 64-bit |
