RE: Best mobile CPU and GPU for PPSSPP?
When you say mobile CPU/GPU are you talking about a cellphone/handheld or a laptop?

Eh, I'm not sure I agree, because laptops are indeed portable (more or less anyway thanks to high power consumption). Anyway I won't argue with you, but I was just double checking to see what the OP meant. |

The name itself my be a misnomer when looking at it from that perspective, but the differentiation is due to the difference in architecture, thus the need to consider it as a separate field than others in terms of development. It just so happens that the architecture is primarily found in phones (At least, as far as I know), which is, I imagine, the reason it got the moniker "Mobile." |

I'll take your word for it . I just read "Mobile" the first thing that came to mind was laptops which are mobile, but that also applies to phones too. At this point its just semantics XD. |

Forget Snapdragon 800...
Intel Core i5-4200U (it's the new mobile processor for Tablets/Smartphones from Intel) is 2.5 times better (tested/proven, not a theory by Intel) than Snapdragon 800 at the same price range. Let the ARM-Intel war start... |
