You can install PPSSPP on iOS without a jailbreak, but you lose out on the ability to run the dynarec (JIT) for the CPU emulation, as well as the vertex JIT for GPU emulation, resulting in pretty big speed penalties. Just thought I'd mention it before linking you to the appropriate place.

Anyway, this thread seems to have links and instructions on installing PPSSPP on iOS without a jailbreak (we don't compile these builds though, so use it at your own risk).

Moved to iOS Port.
