tried it and didn't help at all I think i tried different configs and still no good.

set the rendering resolution to 1:1, upscale to off, and spline/Bezier curves quality to Low, it did help a lot to me (but It stills have issues from time to time).

I have set as the above and still have the same problem. Can anyone tell me how to solve it

As far as I know its a problematic game, and you are not going to get much more speed there.
