Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy

Hey guys I'm new here.

I've playing Dissidia 012 for a long time, but I didn't cared a lot for the story.

But I've decided to play it, and I'm in Zidane's chapter.

The thing is after I pass the third gateway (after the fight with Garland) and the map shows up, the game does two things:

1 - It stays forever in the loading screen

2 - It crashes

I've searched in google but nobody seems to have the same problem.
