Also, your screenshot shows that you're using v0.9.8. The latest git build includes many different fixes for a lot of different graphical issues in various games. I don't know if it will improve this one, but there's a good chance it will. You can find it on the download page.

Interesting, thanks! I've checked the settings and apparently the "Disable alpha test" was enabled. I unchecked it and it was fixed.
