IF SOMEONE HERE HAVING A PROBLEM ON FINDING A WORKING CWCHEAT FOR "TIME STOP" THEN HERE IT IS:
_C0 Stop Time
_L 0xE1010002 0x004B94C1
_L 0x30100006 0x004B94C1
_L 0xE1010000 0x004B94C1
_L 0x30100008 0x004B94C1
Note: If you want to deactivate the time freeze just disable the cheat and walk into another room or go in to a house, then just turn it on again if you want freeze the time again.
