Save Issues in Any Game on iOS

Unless this problem is not very common I'm surprised there aren't more posts/threads about not being able to save on the ios version of ppsspp. Performance is better on the ipad air, but functionality ppsspp is better on android if not for the only reason that you can actually save without having to use save states.
