Would you be able to check the games: PES 2013 and Bleach 7? Apparently Vertex Cache helps in those games.

I checked bleach 7, on 0.7 it's not even working, testing on other versions, i figured out that fast mem is crashing the game, but if you disable it, it will crash the ppsspp or freeze the phone when you load a fight. Checked Pes 13, without vertex cache = 15 fps, with it turned on, 25/35.
Frameskip doesn't work on pes 13.
