I just checked it right now with version v0.9.6-447-g737ef1c, there is still the little (0,2-0,4s) delay between the moment I press either the keyboard or xbox 360 button, and the moment it is taken into account in the game (the moment when the sound pops). Doesn't make it unplayable, but you have to compensate for it by pressing the buttons a bit earlier (you get used to it, but it's a bit annoying at the beginning), trust me i compared it with the game on my real psp, it's not at all the same
