Does the new build make your games slow?

Just found a page where you can download previous builds. You can manually add the .deb files you your iPhone through programs like ifunbox e.t.c Just put the file in cydia > autoinstall

the link shows old builds of ppsspp but none of them are for ios...been searching the net and i keep ending up at that same list...and http://cydia.ihacksrepo.com/ doesn't work...
