In Dissidia 012, the default is that you move your character with the analog stick and move the camera with the D-pad.
You can go to Options -> Character Control to change character movement to the D-pad and camera control to the analog. I only use PPSSPP on Windows. Intel Core i3 1.9GHz | 4GB RAM | Integrated Intel HD 4400 | Windows 8.1 x64 |
