Problem when download Atrac3+ plugin

I was one of those who reported this problem before.. then it was fixed.
I also had a scrolling problem, only solution as knowone else had the same problem was a factory reset... if all else fails deleting any PSP folder, uninstalling etc, I would suggest a reset.. sry can't think of anything else. good luck.
