ya .. I bought galaxy note 2 as it is number 3 rank mobile in android world according to antutu benchmark .. never thought that mali 400 ( graphic ) is that bad .. but the processor is great ..

then I stuck with my phone till furthur developing .. but I knew that android 4.3 will support open gl 3.0 for my mobile .. will that affect performance or it is just a hardware issue ?
